Lost or Damaged Order
If your order is lost or damaged, please don't worry! We are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund
To request a replacement, simply email us at info@yolaza.com with the following information within 30 days of your order shipping date:
- Your Order Number
- A clear photograph showing the damage. Please ensure the photo clearly captures the issue and the entire design on the product.
Orders We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For
* Incorrectly Ordered Items: This includes errors like ordering the wrong size, color, or providing an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
* "Addressee Unknown" Returns: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct name and address. We are unable to refund orders returned to us as "Addressee Unknown."
* Orders Marked as "Delivered": Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the order. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first:
- Contact your local post office or the delivering carrier. They may be able to provide more specific details about the delivery.
- Or file a claim directly with the carrier
